Hi there!!
I owe you a new post since a long time ago. Here it is. I was in CANADAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! I was visiting my cousin Michelle for Easter and it was a blast. It was a great change, in McAllen the average temperature is 95 degrees (28 Celsius) right now, in Canada it was 32 (0 Celsius). Actually it was a nice weather. Not that cold, sunny and nice.
I had a wonderful impression about the country, about the people and about the culture. Canadians are polite and respectful (most of the times, I guess). Edmonton is a big big city with a lot of restaurants in Downtown and a hughe mall. I could not believe it. There is a ship, an ice skating area, a pool with waves, a hotel, a roller coaster, and a sea lion show INSIDE the mall. I promise I have never seen something that big in my entire life.
Lloydsminster is an oil city. There is not a lot to do but I liked it because I had my first Easter dinner, with TURKEYYYYYYYYYYYY!!! so typical. I loved it. There is a park with a small pond-lake (it was frozen) and we were walking there with my baby boy (CHINOOK). We had a crush on each other. He is the cuttest dog ever.
The best part of my trip was spending time with my cousin and her fiance Greg. We talked a lot. I learned a lot. I enjoyed a lot. And I love them a lot. I miss them everyday. Going there to visit them was the greatest idea I have ever had. I am telling you it was a blast. Next time I will go to Thunderbay and Niagara falls and somewhere with mountains...Michelle told me I am going to love it.
Well, that was my adventure, 3 days full of emotions! #family #love #blessed
PS WE LOVE YOU GRANDMA! TE QUEREMOS ABUELITA!
